The first preliminary analysis of Mural Mapping Project data was presented at the annual meeting of the American Sociological Association meetings in New York in August 2013:
"Explaining the Persistence of Paramilitary Public Symbolic Displays in Northern Ireland: Preliminary Content and Geospatial Analyses" by Lee A. Smithey, Gregory M. Maney, and Josh Satre.
